Closing Services
In conducting a closing, we will examine the title and provide title insurance for the buyer and/or lender. In addition, our office will prepare the closing statement, collect all funds and disburse the funds to the proper parties to ensure that clear title is transferred to the purchaser. We close the simplest cash transactions to the most complex loan transactions.
